Ordering & pricing
Who do you sell to?
We supply supermarket chains, distributors, foodservice operators and wholesale markets. If you buy coconuts for resale or for your kitchens, we'd like to hear from you.
How do I get pricing and availability?
Send us a short inquiry on the contact page, call 1-888-599-VIVO, or message us on WhatsApp at (305) 699-6123. Tell us what you buy and where you are, and we'll reply directly with current pricing and availability.
What are your pack sizes, pallet configurations, shelf life and minimum order?
We share these details directly with interested buyers rather than publishing them. When you request pricing & availability, choose “Spec sheet” and we’ll send the specifics for the products you’re considering.
Do you offer samples?
Ask us when you inquire. We’ll tell you what’s available for your location and the product you’re interested in.
Do you sell to consumers?
This site is for businesses. We supply wholesale, retail and foodservice buyers and don’t take consumer orders here.
Freshness & cold chain
How do you keep the coconuts fresh?
Our supply chain is a cold chain from start to finish: temperature-controlled from the farm, through ocean freight, to a cold-storage warehouse in Miami. The coconuts are harvested at the right stage for quality and shelf life.
What formats do you offer?
Fresh and Fresh Cut. Both are shipped in the processed states recognized under USDA APHIS coconut import requirements. See the products page.
How should I store and handle them?
We’ll send handling and storage guidance with your order details, so it matches the product and format you buy.
Our farm & sourcing
Do you grow your own coconuts?
Yes. We’re a family-owned farm in the Dominican Republic. We grow, export and import our own coconuts, not through a chain of brokers.
Which variety do you grow?
The Chactemal hybrid, developed by Mexico’s INIFAP agricultural research institute by crossing the Malayan Yellow Dwarf with the Criollo Alto Michoacán. It was bred to resist Lethal Yellowing, with 85% tolerance reported in INIFAP’s technical bulletin.

Compliance & import
Are your coconuts FDA and CBP compliant?
Yes. Every shipment meets FDA and CBP import standards before it leaves the farm, and we handle US customs and import compliance ourselves.
What import rules apply to coconuts?
Coconuts entering the US fall under USDA APHIS commodity import requirements. We ship in the processed states recognized under those requirements and manage the paperwork.
Can you provide documentation for our quality team?
Tell us which documents your quality or compliance team needs and we’ll work through them with you.
Shipping & delivery
How do orders reach me?
Product moves by ocean freight on a cold chain to a cold-storage warehouse in Miami, and we distribute to wholesale buyers nationwide. We’ll confirm delivery details for your location when you inquire.
